Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours from our
store in Vancouver, B.C. Please allow an extra 5-7 business days for ground
shipping. We ship within Canada only.

In store pick up is available at our Vancouver location only. You
will be called as soon as the product is ready for pick up.

Please inspect your purchase immediately and notify us of any
damage, incomplete, or inaccurate shipments. Paint paint is made to order
so we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Shipping & Returns for Paint products

Paint cannot freeze so in the winter months the shipping will need
to be quoted with heated service or on a 2 day express. 

Flooring and Countertop

Because of the size flooring and countertop may be need to be
picked up at a local depot. We will contact you with details when the order
