Job Title: In-Store Sales Associate (Paint & Color Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable In-Store Sales Associate to assist customers with their paint, flooring and color selection needs. In this role, you will provide expert advice on colors, mix custom paint, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the right products and finishes based on their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on color coordination, trends, and product suitability.
  • Mix and tint paint to match customer requests accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including the paint mixing area.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and manage invoices.
  • Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking paint and supplies.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as updating records, filing orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of paint products, color theory, or interior design is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately.
  • Basic computer and administrative skills for processing sales and managing stock.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Able to lift 50lbs
