Color Atelier Wax Sealer Liquid

Color Atelier Wax-Sealer is a liquid beeswax-based protective topcoat designed for Tadelakt, lime paint, and plaster finishes. This versatile, durable sealer enhances stain resistance and wipeability while preserving the original color and troweled texture. It creates a silky-smooth surface with a natural low sheen, which can be polished to a higher gloss if desired.

One Quart will cover approximately 100 to 150 sq ft in one coat, undilluted.

Apply the Wax-Sealer using a flat-tip box brush—the same type used for lime paints—in thin, random, or multi-directional strokes. Work in sections, brushing on a light layer, then gently back-wipe any excess and rub it in using a circular motion with a lint-free cloth.

For best results, apply one or two coats, depending on the surface and level of protection needed. Allow each coat to dry fully before applying the next. Keep the application process simple—avoid overworking the product and ensure thin, even layers rather than thick coats. If necessary, the sealer can be diluted with water.

Note: Before sealing, allow the final coat of Tadelakt, lime plaster, or lime paint to dry and cure for at least 2-3 days.
